    You can book a phone reading through your chosen readers’ profile page or you can book a session via Bookings page.

    I am an international user, how do I pay for sessions in my local currency?

    Unfortunately, our website backend does not support currency conversion. However, if you live outside UK and would like to book a session with one of our readers, you may choose to pay via PayPal. PayPal will allow you to convert the amount in your local currency and show exactly how much you will be charged by your bank for the transaction.

    Why do you ask for my details for a review?

    This is to authenticate that the review is genuine and that you have had a reading with that particular reader in the recent past.

    We periodically publish reviews on the website after ensuring that the review is genuine, has no personal information and does not contain any profane content. Once the are happy that a review follows these guidelines, we will publish them whether it is good or bad.

    Do you offer 5 minute reading guarantee?

    On rare occasions if you do not connect to a reader please polity ask them to end the session within the first 5 minutes into the reading. Once the reading is called off, immediately call back on the mail line +44 208 432 9457 or +1 332 699 4967 . One of our team members will help you reschedule the appointment with another reader or offer a full refund.

    I was on the line for more than 5 minutes but did not have a full reading.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any remaining minutes on your scheduled appointment. Refunds are only made for readings cancelled 24 hours before the appointment.

    Can I extend the reading and pay for any extra minutes at the end of the call?

    Each appointment is for a set duration and will have to be finished within the timeframe that it was originally booked for.     Will I have to use all the minutes I have paid for in one call?

    Yes, unused minutes are not carried forward for the next session.

    Why does a call drop or cut off during a reading?

    On rare occasions, this could happen because of network issue. If a call gets cut off during a reading please call the main line +44 208 432 9457 or +1 332 699 4967 and someone from the team will help you re-connect with your chosen reader for the remaining part of your session.
