Welcome to The World of Psychics. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use our website, applications and services, or purchase a reading through The World of Psychics. By using our services or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Our Services
The World of Psychics provides access to independent readers who offer services including psychic readings, astrology readings and email readings.
Our readers are independent service providers and are not employees of The World of Psychics.
The World of Psychics provides the platform through which customers can discover readers, make bookings and receive services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our reading services.
By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Creating an Account
You may need to create an account to access certain features or make bookings. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Keeping your account information up to date.
- Keeping your login details secure.
- Not allowing another person to use your account.
You should contact The World of Psychics if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Making a Booking
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate information required to provide your chosen service.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been provided by The World of Psychics.
Your booking will specify the relevant reader, service, date, time and duration.
Please ensure that you are available at the booked time.
5. Phone Readings
Phone readings are provided for the duration purchased by the customer.
At the end of the original booked period, the customer may have the option to extend the reading by 10 or 20 minutes, subject to the reader’s availability.
Where an extension is purchased, the reading will continue for the additional time purchased.
If an extension is not available or is not purchased, the call will end at the conclusion of the booked service.
If you wish to continue your reading or explore additional questions after the available time has ended, you may make another booking through The World of Psychics.
6. Email Readings
Email readings will be delivered within the timeframe stated for the service purchased.
After receiving an email reading, you may ask one follow-up clarification relating specifically to the original reading.
- Must relate to something already covered in the original reading.
- Is not an opportunity to ask a new question.
- Must not be used to request a new reading or explore a new subject.
- Is limited to 150 words.
- Will be answered within 48 hours of receiving the clarification request.
If you wish to ask a new question or explore a new subject, you will need to purchase a new reading.
7. Reader Availability
Readers manage their availability through The World of Psychics.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that bookings are fulfilled, circumstances can occasionally arise where a reader becomes unavailable.
If a reader is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, The World of Psychics may offer an alternative reader, reschedule the appointment or provide an appropriate refund or credit where applicable.
8. Payments
Prices are displayed on the website or application at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including:
- Stripe
- Trust Payments
- PayPal
- Eximpe payment gateway
By making a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment for your booking.
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location or the currency shown at checkout.
9. Credits and Credit Packages
Where The World of Psychics offers credit packages, the applicable package details, including the number of credits included and the purchase price, will be displayed at the time of purchase.
- May only be used towards eligible services offered through The World of Psychics.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is permitted under Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions or required by applicable law.
- Cannot be transferred to another person or account unless expressly permitted by The World of Psychics.
- Do not expire.
- May be subject to any service, package or promotional restrictions displayed at the time of purchase.
- May only be used in accordance with the applicable credit package terms.
Where a customer holds credits from multiple credit packages, credits will be redeemed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, meaning credits from the earliest purchased package will be used before credits from subsequently purchased packages.
The World of Psychics reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, credit allocation or administrative errors.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds and Credits
Our cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements may vary depending on the service purchased and whether the service has already been provided.
Where a reading has not yet taken place, customers may request to cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting The World of Psychics at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will generally not be accepted, and the booking may be treated as non-refundable.
Where a cancellation or rescheduling request is made in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, The World of Psychics may provide a refund, credit or alternative arrangement, depending on the circumstances and the applicable service terms.
Once a reading or other service has been provided, refunds will generally only be considered where there is a genuine issue with the service provided, where the service was not delivered as agreed, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Where appropriate, The World of Psychics may offer a replacement reading, credit or refund at its discretion.
Customers may request a refund of unused wallet credits by contacting The World of Psychics Customer Service.
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be calculated automatically by The World of Psychics on a pro-rata basis, using the original purchase price of the relevant credit package and the number of unused credits remaining.
A 6% transaction fee will be deducted from the calculated refund amount to account for transaction and payment processing costs incurred by The World of Psychics when the original credit package was purchased.
Where a customer has purchased multiple credit packages, the first-in, first-out (FIFO) redemption method described in Section 9 will apply when determining the remaining refundable credit balance.
For example, if a customer purchases a credit package for 15,000 units of the applicable currency and receives 16,500 credits, and 11,500 credits remain unused, the system will calculate the value of the 11,500 remaining credits proportionately against the original purchase price. The applicable 6% transaction fee will then be deducted from the calculated refund amount.
The final refund amount will be calculated automatically by The World of Psychics’ system based on the applicable credit package, the remaining unused credits, the FIFO redemption order and the refund provisions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible and subject to the procedures of the relevant payment provider.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits your statutory rights.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Where you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or other payment dispute in relation to a service purchased from The World of Psychics, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the reason for the dispute.
Where The World of Psychics has evidence that the service was duly provided in accordance with your booking, including, where applicable, records of the booking, payment, communications, call recordings, call connection, call duration, or delivery of an email reading, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback or payment reversal with the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
If a payment is reversed following a chargeback or payment dispute despite the service having been duly provided, and there is no valid basis for withholding payment, the amount properly due to The World of Psychics will remain payable. The World of Psychics may also seek to recover any reasonable and directly incurred costs arising from the chargeback or payment dispute.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights or remedies you may have under the laws of England and Wales.
12. Disclaimer
11.1 For Entertainment and Personal Insight
Psychic and astrology readings provided through The World of Psychics are intended for entertainment, personal reflection and insight. Readings are based on the individual reader’s interpretation, experience and methods. No reading should be treated as a guarantee or certainty about future events.
11.2 No Professional Advice
Readings provided through The World of Psychics are not a substitute for professional advice. You should not rely on a reading as a replacement for advice from a qualified professional, including:
- Medical or healthcare professionals.
- Mental-health professionals.
- Lawyers or other legal professionals.
- Financial advisers.
- Accountants or tax professionals.
- Other appropriately qualified professionals.
In particular, you should not use a reading as the sole basis for making decisions relating to your health, medical treatment, pregnancy, finances, investments, legal matters or other significant personal decisions.
Readers cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional. If experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Readings should not be relied upon when making financial, investment, legal, business or other professional decisions. Always seek advice from a qualified professional.
Readers cannot provide medical predictions regarding pregnancy, childbirth or health outcomes. Readings should not be relied upon to predict the timing or circumstances of death.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Use your own judgement when considering anything discussed during a reading.
13. Reader-Customer Relationship
Readers providing services through The World of Psychics are independent providers.
The World of Psychics facilitates the booking and delivery of readings but does not guarantee the specific interpretation, opinion or prediction provided by an individual reader.
Readers are expected to follow The World of Psychics’ Reader Guidelines and maintain appropriate professional standards.
14. Customer Conduct
We expect customers to treat our readers and team members respectfully.
You must not use our services to:
- Harass, threaten or abuse a reader or member of our team.
- Make sexual or inappropriate communications.
- Attempt to obtain a reader’s personal contact information.
- Circumvent our payment or booking systems.
- Attempt to move a reader relationship outside The World of Psychics.
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to The World of Psychics where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
15. Intellectual Property
The World of Psychics and its website, applications, branding, content, graphics, text and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our permission.
16. Our Responsibility
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that The World of Psychics operates reliably and that bookings and services can be provided as described.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website, applications or services will always be available without interruption or free from technical problems.
We may temporarily suspend or modify services where necessary for maintenance, security, technical issues or other operational reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Privacy
Your use of The World of Psychics is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
